Terms & Conditions:
Booking Fee and Payment:
A non-refundable booking fee of $400 is required to confirm your wedding photography booking. This fee is deducted from the total contract price of $2300 (incl gst) plus travel expenses (please confirm travel expenses before booking). The remaining balance is due to be paid via internet banking before receipt of your photos. (ANZ 01-0450-0041467-00 Crave Design & Photography).
If you wish to change the date after you have booked we can be arrange this, as long as your new date is still free. If it is not then you will lose your booking fee. If you cancel your wedding, you will lose your booking fee. If you cancel within 6 months of your wedding I will require 50% of the outstanding final balance. If you cancel one month or less before your wedding, then I require the full outstanding balance.
Use of images for Promotion:
The photographer reserves the right to use any images for:
- advertising or promotion
- photographic competitions or awards
The Client undertakes to indemnify the Photographer for any loss, damage, or expense (including costs as between solicitor client basis) suffered or incurred as a result of any breach by the Client of these conditions or in recovering any moneys due and such loss, damage or expense shall be moneys due for the purposes of these terms and conditions.
The Photographer’s liability to the Client forany and all costs, loss or damage suffered by the Client, however caused, arising out of or connected with the performance or failure of performance of photographic services by the Photographer, except where provided to the contrary by the Consumer Guarantees Act, shall notexceed the full value of the payments made by the Client under the Booking agreement.
Neither the Client nor the Photographer shall be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to an act of God, fire, armed conflict, labour disputes, civilcommotion, intervention of a government, accidents, interruption to transportation, weather or any other cause outside the Photographers control.
